Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Pay: $40-$45/hour
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months)
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)

Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, and key business roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. This position is ideal for a recruiter with a strong foundation in sourcing that is looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
  • Screen and evaluate candidates against role criteria
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure timely feedback collection and candidate communication throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and compliance records in the ATS
  • Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Track recruiting activity and support reporting on key metrics (pipeline, time-to-fill, sources)
  • Assist with job postings, offer coordination, and recruiting operations support

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full-cycle exposure
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
